Q No. 1 Can I make you a product proposition ?

Yes, send us your request at info@tendancefruit.ch and we will study it with pleasure.
Q No. 2 What is your delivery notice?

We deal with your orders as soon as possible. We are at your entire disposal and we do our best to make delivery according to your request. We deliver from Monday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. The Fruitbox is sent via the Swiss postal service.
It is delivered 1 – 2 days after your order. See the delivery table.
Q No. 3 When can orders be made?

You can make your orders on the site or by email at any time.
You can order by phone from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. from Monday to Friday.
Saturday 8 a.m. to 12 a.m.

Q No. 5 What are your payment methods?

If you pay by e-banking, we will send you an invoice by e-mail. With an invoice and payment slip (BVR) By credit card: Visa or Mastercard.

No. As soon as your order has been sent and confirmed, it can no longer be modified or cancelled.
